Dr. Praveen Karebasannanavar
CEO & Founder
Praveen is ranked as top - 10 in UK Ulster Tatler Magazine in 2025 and have received awards including Ulster Tatler Award 2025, and the 2024 Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati Research Excellence award. He has a decade of industrial experience with a PhD in composite materials from UK, fully funded by a French industry - CETIM.
He had optimised Formula 1 engine, UK nuclear plant & AIRBUS turbine disc design reducing waste and testing costs by 40%. He had even presented at 11 international conferences and published 6 journals collaborated internationally with US, France, Germany and Italy.
Dr. Anna Maria El Bayssari
Project Engineer
Anna holds a PhD in materials and mechanical engineering from Nantes Université - France. She currently serves as a Research Engineer at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab in France. Her expertise lies in materials science and mechanical engineering, with a focus on composite materials. She has also collaborated with Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour and CANOE - Le Centre Technologique, contributing to advancements in smart manufacturing processes.
Adit Shah
Business Advisor
Adit has over 12 years of experience in business development, strategy, and engineering across the aerospace, defence, and space sectors. He has driven growth initiatives and complex engineering programmes at Airbus, BAE Systems Prismatic, Hexcel Composites, and others.
Outside of his role at Elantar, Adit also serves as a start-up mentor at the UK Space Agency Accelerator and ConceptionX. He holds a First-Class Hons. Masters’ in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London.
