He has a decade of industrial experience with a PhD in composite materials from UK, fully funded by a French industry - CETIM.

He had optimised Formula 1 engine, UK nuclear plant & AIRBUS turbine disc design reducing waste and testing costs by 40%. He had even presented at 11 international conferences and published 6 journals collaborated internationally with US, France, Germany and Italy.

Michael Prosser, CEng

Michael is an experienced senior leader and consultant with over 30 years of expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and business transformation across high-technology sectors like aerospace and defense. He previously held high-level roles at Airbus, including Chief of Staff to the UK Managing Director and UK Compliance Manager, where he managed strategic government engagements and internal controls.
